Early collections due to hot weather
Waste collections may start from 5am this week (27 to 31 July) to avoid crews working in the hottest part of the day.
Please make sure your bins are out by 5am on your usual collection day - put them out the night before if you can. Report missed collections as usual, and we'll aim to collect as soon as possible.
Order free caddies for your food waste.
You will need to supply your postcode so we can check you are eligible for collections.
Before you start
Before you submit your order you should:
- Check the guidance on food waste recycling collections
- Check the size of each caddy
- Note that orders are limited to one of each caddy type. Please get in touch if you are a large household producing more food waste than can fit inside one brown caddy

What happens next
We aim to deliver your caddies within 10 days.
Broken food caddies can be collected for recycling at the same time - just leave inside your front garden entrance.
If your container has not arrived after 10 working days please contact us.
