Early collections due to hot weather
Waste collections may start from 5am this week (27 to 31 July) to avoid crews working in the hottest part of the day.
Please make sure your bins are out by 5am on your usual collection day - put them out the night before if you can. Report missed collections as usual, and we'll aim to collect as soon as possible.
Use this form to report a spillage that occurred during waste and recycling collections.
Before you start
This form is for reporting spillage from waste and recycling collections only.
There is a separate form to report other spillages or street cleaning issues such as street sweeping, littering and emptying litter bins.

To report a waste and recycling spillage you need to:
- Provide your address
- Let us know what was spilled
- Give any additional information
What happens next
