Requirements
All the opportunities listed here have these requirements:
- Company registration
- £10m public liability/employers insurance
- £5m PI liability (for design works)
- CIS details and UTR number
- Trade-specific accreditations
- CSCS cards for relevant roles
Key dates
The contracts have the following key dates:
- Out to tender - 11 December 2025
- Start on site date - 6 February 2026
- Contract completion - October 2027
Package of works dates will be given upon receipt of enquiry.

- Cladding - £4.5m
- Scaffolding - £400k
- Brickwork repairs - £530k
- Lightning protection - £30k
- Window and door replacement - £400k (fit only)
- Decorating and cleaning - £50k
- Pigeon netting and spikes - £25k
- Electrical - £35k
- Mechanical - £45k
- General builders work package - £50k
